The six pistons use slider-crank geometry, a 99 mm bore and 82.8 mm stroke. Opposed pistons move together on separate crankpins. The firing order is 1–6–2–4–3–5 over 720°; the four camshafts rotate once per two crankshaft revolutions.
External castings, connecting-rod length, intake routing, cam-drive representation, and valve profiles are simplified for visibility. Valve timing shows idealized strokes; VarioCam Plus adjustment, injection, cooling and lubrication are not simulated. Exploded mode separates assemblies for inspection.
Factory-rated output is 355 PS (about 350 bhp), with 400 Nm of torque. This is an animated mechanical study, not factory CAD or a service reference.
Optional sound synthesizes the six-cylinder firing rhythm, exhaust pulses and induction texture. The default Fister-style profile adds a deeper bank pulse, pipe resonance and a more open exhaust growl; Stock-style provides a quieter comparison. Both are sound-design approximations, not recordings or measurements of a Fister-modified Carrera S. Pitch follows engine RPM independently of visual slow motion. Sound fades out when paused, muted or in a hidden tab.
